KarTele Cellular Phones is located at 511 Wolcott Street in Waterbury. Since opening in April 1994, KarTele has been Greater Waterbury's leader in wireless phones and mobile electronics. Having won The Waterbury Regional Chamber's Harold Webster Smith Award for Small Business of the Year 2004, and being named The Waterbury Observer's, "Best Cell Phone Store", ten years running, KarTele is continually recognized for their professionalism, courteous service and commitment to excellence.

Founder Rob Kane has 16 years experience in the mobile electronics industry. Having seen it all, from the days of "car phones" and "beepers" to the dawn of GPS Navigation and Satellite Radio, Rob has the knowledge and expertise on all of the latest electronic products for today's consumer. The winner of the 1999 Malcolm Baldridge Award for volunteerism, Rob has proven his commitment to the Waterbury Region, and his valued customers.
